أصبح الهاتف المحمول من أهم أدوات الاتصال بين الناس، والذي اخترعه بيل، وهو واحد من أسباب تقدم الاتصال بين الأشخاص،
حيث كان الهدف من الهاتف المحمول هو توفير مزيد من الوقت واستعمال التكنولوجيا من أجل راحة البشرية.
ويعتبر ظهوره طفرة في التواصل ما بين الناس، وقد كان يقتصر وجوده في الماضي على فئة معينة من الأفراد ثم أخذ بالتطور
والانتشار شيئًا فشيئًا، ولكن على الرغم من مميزات وإيجابيات الهاتف إلا أن هناك الكثير من السلبيات والأضرار التي تؤثر على
صحة الإنسان، حيث يمكن أن يسبب مشاكل للرأس، مثل الشعور بالصداع بشكل مستمر.
كما يمكن أن يؤثر على صحة القلب وصحة الأوعية الدموية، لأن الإشعاعات التي تنبعث من الهاتف تؤثر بشكل كبير على كرات الدم
الحمراء التي تحمل الهيموجلوبين مما يؤدي إلى زيادة خطر التعرض لأمراض القلب، بالإضافة إلى التسبب في ظهور بعض
الاضطرابات في الجهاز العصبي، مثل ضعف حاسة التذوق، كما يمكن حدوث تغيير في مستوى الهرمونات، كما يمكن أن تؤثر على
النساء فقد تسبب العقم، كما يمكنها التأثير على صحة الجنبن والحامل.
كما قد تتسبب في حوادث السير، والتي تحدث نتيجةً لتحدث السائق على الهاتف، حيث لا ينتبه إلى الطريق، قد يؤدي استخدامه
بكثرة إلى فقدان السمع، لأن الموجات الكهرومغناطيسية التي تنبعث من الهاتف تؤثر كثيرًا على الأذن.

نصائح لاستخدام الهاتف المحمول (الأجهزة الذكية)
في هذه الفقرة نقدم مجموعة من النصائح التي ينصح باتباعها عند استخدام الهاتف المحمول لتجنب أضراره، وهي كما يلي:
- عدم استعمال الهاتف المحمول عندما تتواجد مع أصدقائك أو أقاربك، بالإضافة إلى تجنب استخدامه أو تصفح المواقع الموجودة عليه في المناسبات الاجتماعية.

انحسار الذكاء
لقد حذرت أحد الدراسات من ارتباط ما يطلق عليه «الوقت المخصص للشاشات» Screen Time بكافة أنواعها، وتأثيرها على مستويات الذكاء، بصورة عكسية؛ فكلما ازدادت فترة استخدام الشاشات، كلما قل الذكاء، والعكس صحيح.
ولقد ركزت الدراسة التي تم اجراءها من قبل علماء في المعهد البحثي الذي يتبع مستشفى الأطفال في شرق أونتاريو في كندا CHEO Research Institute in Ottawa، Canada حيث يؤثر على ثلاثة جوانب تتعلق بذكاء الطفل؛ وهى كما يلي:
- الوقت الذي يتم قضاءه أمام الشاشات.
- بالإضافة إلى ممارسة الرياضة.
- والنوم الكافي.
وقد أظهرت الدراسة أن الأطفال الذين يمتلكون مستوى ذكاء مرتفع لا يقضون الكثير من الساعات أمام الشاشات، فهم يقضون فقط
ساعتين خلال اليوم، كما يقومون بممارسة الأنشطة الرياضية لمدة ساعة بشكل يومي على الأقل، وينامون لمدة تتراوح ما بين 9 ساعات و11 ساعة.
واعتمد الباحثون على البيانات والمعلومات التي تم جمعها عن طريق تتبع 4500 من الأطفال ممن يتراوح معدل أعمارهم ما بين
عمر الثامنة وعمر الحادية عشرة خلال الفترة من شهر سبتمبر 2016 وحتى شهر سبتمبر 2017.
والتي تعتبر جزء من دراسة بحثية وسوف تمتد تلك الدراسة لمدة 10 سنوات لكي يتم متابعة تطور مخ هؤلاء الأطفال ونموه، وقد
تبين أن فقط 5 في المائة من هؤلاء الأطفال تتوافر لديهم العوامل الثلاثة التي تشمل النوم، والرياضة، بالإضافة إلى الوقت المحدد للشاشات.
وأضاف الباحثون أن الأطفال ممن يقضون نحو 3.6 ساعة أمام تلك الشاشات، قد تباينت نسب هذه العوامل الثلاثة، مثلًا كانت توجد
نسبة 50 بالمائة من هؤلاء الأطفال يحظون بفترة كافية من النوم، بينما العوامل الباقية لا تتوافر لديهم.
ونسبة أخرى منهم وصلت إلى 37 بالمائة قضت أمام تلك الشاشات مدة أقل من ساعتين، بينما جاءت نسبة الأطفال الذين قاموا
بممارسة الرياضة لمدة ساعة أو ما يزيد بالمركز الأخير حيث بلغت النسبة 18 بالمائة، وهو ما يدل على تراجع النشاط الجسدي لدى الأطفال.
الدراسة على الذكاء
والخطير في الأمر أن نسبة 30 في المائة من هؤلاء الأطفال لم ينالوا أي من تلك التوصيات الصحية الهامة من العوامل الثلاثة،
وبالمقابل أشار الباحثون أنه كلما تم الجمع بين اثنتين أو الثلاث من التوصيات؛ وسوف يتحسن أداؤه العقلي في الحوارات التي
ترتبط بالذكاء والاستنتاج brain exercises بالمقارنة مع الآخرين ممن يتوافر لديهم عامل واحد من العوامل السابق ذكرها، أو الذين لا
يتوافر لديهم واحد من تلك العوامل.
وأفضل أداء (إدراكي) ظهر عند الأطفال الذين جمعوا بين عاملي النوم ووقت الشاشات وهو (أقل من ساعتين)، وجاء بعدهم الأطفال
الذين حصلوا على العامل الخاص بوقت الشاشة، وهو ما يدل إلى أهمية ذلك العامل، وأوضح الباحثون أن الفترة الطويلة التي
يقضيها الأطفال أمام الشاشات تسبب التشويش والتأثير على مستوى تركيز الطفل.
خاصةً إذا كان يستخدم الأطفال عدة شاشات في نفس الوقت على سبيل المثال الهواتف المحمولة وأجهزة الكومبيوتر، وذلك الأمر
يجعل الأطفال غير قادرون على التركيز والاهتمام بشيء معين، الذي يعد الخطوة الأساسية في بناء التفكير الإيجابي خلال تلك
المرحلة الهامة من عمر الطفل ونمو مخه.
